French Open Maria Sharapova reached fourth round

Maria Sharapova has reached the fourth round of the French Open, beating Yung-Jan Chan of Taiwan 6-2, 6-3.
The seventh-seeded Sharapova overpowered her opponent on center court Saturday and was never threatened.

Sharapova has won three major titles, but still needs a championship at Roland Garros to complete a career Grand Slam.
